SECTION 1 - ALL SALES FINAL, PRODUCT APPEARANCE & STORE CANCELLATION POLICY
1. All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of our inventory (including packaged food, cold beverages, beer, wine, and accessories), ALL SALES ARE FINAL once an order has been picked up in-store or delivered to your address. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or customer remorse refund requests.
2. Product Images & Packaging Appearance: Product images, packaging designs, vintages, and descriptions displayed on this website are for illustrative and reference purposes only. Manufacturers frequently update labels, packaging designs, and formulas without notice, and actual items delivered or purchased in-store may vary slightly in physical appearance.
3. Store Adjustments & Inventory Errors: While we strive for 100% live inventory accuracy, errors may occasionally occur due to rapid in-store checkout volume. In the rare event an item is physically out of stock, discontinued, or mispriced due to a technical website error prior to fulfillment, Real Deal Smoke & Vape reserves the right to cancel the affected item or order and issue an immediate full refund back to the customer's original card.

SECTION 2 - AGE REQUIREMENTS & ACCOUNT VERIFICATION
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction. 

FOR ALCOHOL PURCHASES: You represent and warrant that you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age if purchasing beer, wine, or any age-restricted products. You acknowledge and agree that valid, unexpired government-issued photo identification confirming you are 21 years of age or older MUST be presented at the time of in-store pickup or local delivery. If valid 21+ ID cannot be verified, or if the recipient appears intoxicated, the order will be cancelled, alcohol will not be transferred, and restock/delivery trip fees may apply. Minors are strictly prohibited from purchasing age-restricted goods.

To use the Services, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and delivery information. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Delivery times provided at checkout (e.g., 30–45 minutes) are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to traffic, severe weather, courier availability, or peak store volume. Real Deal Smoke & Vape and its third-party delivery dispatch partners are not liable for reasonable delivery delays. Once items are delivered to the recipient address and verified, risk of loss passes to the customer. For in-store pickup orders, items must be claimed during normal operating hours with order confirmation and photo ID.

Our Services, including all text, logos, photography, trademarks, graphics, and website design, are owned by Real Deal Smoke & Vape or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
